Should I choose face to face or online?

This is a personal choice.

Some clients enjoy coming to a dedicated therapy space for their sessions and appreciate the journey to and from therapy as a chance to reflect on or decompress after the sessions.

Some clients enjoy the convenience of engaging in therapy from their own safe space.

How will I know if you are the right counsellor for me?

I offer a free 30 minute, no obligation online chat where you can ask any questions you may have and tell me what you are looking for from therapy.

If you feel I am the right counsellor for you we can then book a session.

How long does therapy take?

There are no shortcuts to self-awareness, and the changing of our learned behaviours takes time and effort. But at all points you, the client, sets the pace and decides when therapy comes to an end. My job is to support you in completing the exploration of the issues you wish to discuss.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a session. Any less than 24 hours notice and you will be liable for the full session fee.

Do you offer concessions?

Yes. I have a limited number of reduced rate sessions for students and those on low income. Please enquire for more information during our online chat or over email.
