More About Me

As a mother of two young adults, a former lawyer and teacher assistant, I bring a broad range of skills and life experience to my counselling practice. In our sessions I use these skills to create an understanding and confidential space where we can work together to understand your story and challenges.

I live an active and sociable life enjoying cycling, running and walking with my dog.

Therapy has transformed my personal life for the better and there’s no greater joy than helping someone who is ready for change. I went into therapy myself to understand the roots of my depression and confusion. As a result of my personal therapy I retrained as a counsellor and it was the best thing I could have done.

I’m a qualified counsellor with a level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. I adhere to the ethical standards of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, with who I am also an Accredited Registrant.

So whether you’re navigating stress or anxiety, seeking clarity or yearning for greater emotional balance, I’m here to support you in finding the path that’s right for you.

There’s no challenge too small. If it stresses you and interferes with your enjoyment of life, it’s worth exploring.  I look forward to hearing from you and working together to help you shape the fulfilling and balanced life you deserve.
